Since
the beginning our objective has been to bring our customers good quality
merchandise at below manufacturers cost. Our web site is designed to convey to
our customers what we have, the original cost, and the lower ISE
price. When placing your order: either by mail, e-mail, fax or telephone, be
sure to read the following:
- Within the UNITED STATES, all merchandise will be shipped via FEDEX
ground (unless otherwise specified), freight charges prepaid and added to
the invoice. Orders over weight for FEDEX will be shipped motor freight,
freight collect. Ask about our special low shipping rates via our broker.
- Outside the UNITED STATES, all merchandise will be shipped via FEDEX
INTERNATIONAL (unless otherwise specified), freight charges collect.
- Be sure to include your
complete shipping address. FEDEX will not deliver to P.O. Box numbers.
- Include you your e-mail
address.
- Your daytime
telephone number with area code.
- Quantity ordered.
- ISE stock number
(shown in red on our web page) and a short description of merchandise.
- DEBIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED.
- SORRY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS OR CHECKS FROM BANKS OUTSIDE NORTH
AMERICA.
- CREDIT CARD shipments will be made after money has been credited to our
account. Credit cards are all
checked with the ISSUING BANK for fraud or stolen cards.
- When paying with credit card be sure to include card
number and expiration date. AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER add a 4% transaction
fee.
- Texas customers
should enclose a tax exemption certificate or 8.25% sales tax will be
added.
- Checks (personal, company, cashier) accepted, shipment will be made after
check has cleared.
- When paying with a wire transfer,
have any bank wire the money to:

- ISE offers several lease options for machinery & equipment, (only when sold in the UNITED
STATES) ask for details.
- ISE is a
liquidator, not a distributor.
Quantities are limited to stock on hand and subject to prior sale.
SPECIAL NOTE: Please do not
request "cost" of shipping any order unless you provide us with the
above information.
SHORTAGE
AND/OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: For your protection, carefully examine your
shipment before accepting it. If there is any evidence of damage or shortage
you should insist the delivering carrier make an appropriate notation to that
effect on the freight bill before you affix your signature. If concealed damage
is discovered later, contact the delivering carrier to request an immediate
inspection report. The inspection report can support your claim against the
carrier. Do not return any freight-damaged goods to ISE.
